Welcome to IGNITE by Sara Wolfe (the “Program,” “Service,” “Website”). By accessing or using this Website and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use this Website or Services.

1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.sarawolfe.global and any related services, including but not limited to IGNITE, coaching programs, digital content, social media, and any future offers (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of these Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
• You agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
• You understand that participation in IGNITE requires commitment, effort, and action to see results.

2. PROGRAM & SERVICE TERMS

No Guaranteed Results

IGNITE provides strategies, coaching, and execution frameworks, but your success depends on your effort, decisions, and implementation. No guarantees are made regarding specific financial, business, or personal outcomes.

High-Touch Coaching & Access

• You are responsible for attending all scheduled coaching sessions, completing assignments, and actively engaging in the process.
• If you miss a session, one reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.

No Sharing or Redistribution

Any resources, strategies, tools, or coaching materials provided inside IGNITE are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of program materials will result in immediate removal from the program and possible legal action.

3. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment Policy

• IGNITE is a $4,900 investment, with payment plans available.
• Full payment or agreed-upon installments must be completed for continued access to the program.
• If a payment is missed, access to the program will be suspended until the balance is paid.
• If a payment remains unpaid for more than 14 days, access will be permanently revoked, and unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for any reason once you have enrolled.
• If you choose a payment plan, you are contractually responsible for completing all payments.
• Enrollment in IGNITE is a commitment to the full program duration—no partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

Cancellations & Program Adjustments

• Requests for rescheduling coaching calls must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
• The program schedule, modules, or content may be adjusted at Sara Wolfe’s discretion to improve participant experience.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, branding, coaching frameworks, videos, and written materials inside IGNITE and on www.sarawolfe.global are the intellectual property of Sara Wolfe and may not be copied, modified, or repurposed without permission.

By using this Website and Services, you agree that you will not:

• Share, sell, or distribute any content provided inside IGNITE.
• Use IGNITE’s methodologies to create a competing product or coaching service.

Unauthorized use of program materials will result in legal action and termination of access without a refund.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Not Financial, Legal, or Medical Advice

• IGNITE provides business, mindset, and execution coaching, but does not offer financial, legal, or medical advice. Any decisions you make based on the program are your responsibility.
• You should consult with a licensed professional for legal, tax, financial, or medical concerns.

No Liability for Outcomes

• IGNITE provides coaching, strategies, and execution systems, but results are not guaranteed. Your level of success depends on personal effort, decision-making, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
• Sara Wolfe and the IGNITE team are not liable for any business losses, personal losses, or outcomes related to your participation.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY

Confidentiality Agreement

Any private information shared during coaching, in group sessions, or inside IGNITE is considered confidential. However, we are not liable for breaches that occur due to third-party actions.

By participating in IGNITE, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality regarding private discussions in group settings.
• Not disclose business strategies, personal details, or coaching insights shared by other participants.
• Respect the privacy and professional space of all members.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Privacy Policy

• Your data will never be sold or shared without consent.
• By using this Website or enrolling in IGNITE, you agree to receive program updates, exclusive content, and email communication. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. PROFESSIONALISM & PROGRAM CONDUCT

IGNITE is a high-performance program, and professionalism is expected at all times.

Participants may be removed without refund if they:

• Disrupt the program, coaching calls, or group environment.
• Engage in harassment, unethical business practices, or disrespectful behavior toward Sara Wolfe, the team, or other participants.
• Fail to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of the program.

Sara Wolfe reserves the right to remove participants at any time if misconduct occurs.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONTACT

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect program changes, legal requirements, or improvements.
